Our system automatically scans activity across the platform. If anything shows harassment, bullying, profanity, adult or inappropriate language, or anything suspicious, it instantly creates a flag.
A flag instantly alerts our Support Team so we can review it quickly.
The parent gets an email and a notification message right away.
We do our part to provide a safe environment — but you're always welcome to report anything you feel is a concern using the form on our Report a Concern page. Every submission reaches our team directly.
