Effective: February 20, 2026 · Version 2026-02-20
Notice to parents about children's privacy (COPPA)
Effective Date: February 20, 2026
Under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are required to notify parents before collecting personal information from children under 13 and to obtain verifiable parental consent.
What we collect from your child
- Nickname, age range (not exact birthdate), password, your email.
- Progress within our learning games and in-app activity.
- Messages and creations your child voluntarily posts to the community showcase.
- If your child uses AI-avatar generation: a single photo, sent to Google's Gemini API for the duration of one generation and not retained after.
How we use it
To operate the game, keep the community safe, and email you about your child's account.
Your rights as a parent
- Review the personal info we hold on your child.
- Refuse further collection and revoke consent at any time.
- Delete your child's account and associated data.
How to exercise your rights
From your Parent Dashboard → Settings, or by emailing privacy@isaiahsworld.com. We respond within 10 business days.
Third parties
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Gemini (AI avatar generation), MongoDB Atlas (storage). We do not sell children's personal information and we do not show behavioural advertising.
By clicking Approve, you verify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and you consent to our collection and use of their information as described above.
