Ambassador Payouts

Earn Stars for every confirmed referral.

Once a referred family clears its 14-day refund window (day 15), the referral locks in and you unlock a cash payout option via Stripe Connect.

You can elect to keep earnings as Stars instead of cash, redeemable for platform credit.

Cash payouts are processed twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th.

A locked-in referral is paid on whichever of those two dates comes next.

Minimum payout is $20. If your balance is under $20 it simply stays in your wallet and keeps adding up, then pays out automatically once it reaches $20.

Payouts arrive via your linked Stripe Connect bank account within 2 to 5 business days.

US-based ambassadors who earn $600 or more in a calendar year must complete a W-9 before cash payouts begin.

We issue a 1099-NEC each January for the prior tax year as required by the IRS.

W-9 collection is triggered at $500 projected YTD earnings to prevent payout interruptions.

Non-US ambassadors complete a W-8BEN instead.

Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax filings; we do not withhold.

Must be 16 or older to join the Ambassador Program and earn referral commissions.

Must be 18 or older to receive cash payouts. Ambassadors aged 16-17 earn Stars only.

Account must be in good standing (no active moderation actions).

Self-referrals, incentivised clicks, and fake accounts void all earnings.

If a referred family refunds or charges back their subscription within 60 days, the corresponding ambassador reward is reversed.

Recurring subscriptions that lapse do not trigger reversal past the 60-day window.
